As breading for oven fried chicken!!!

Soak chicken in Buttermilk overnite, crunch 12 oz (2-3 lg bags) TSL chips finely or to desired level, shake off excess buttermilk, season with salt, pepper, garlic Or use TSL OG Chips).

Preheat oven to 350
Spray cookie sheet with non stick oil.
Roll chicken into chips, shake excess chips off.
Place chicken on sheet REPEAT until all chicken is place on sheet

Place in oven for 35 minutes no need to rotate. Check by sticking fork thru chicken (select an outer pce and a middle pce).

Cook another 5-10 minutes or until done. Remove from oven let rest 10mins served best with TSL Guawk or salsa as garnish.

Pour over fish of your choosing immediately after removing from heat, the cheese melts over it

We served salmon over a bead of crisp green beans.​

Prep corn bread as directed add in TSL regular or margarita salsa, stir then bake.......cool serve

It lasts thru the fall as well............​

Reg salsa queso and egg whites

Makes a Killah salsa

This is VERY easy! Take a boneless chicken breast half it horizontally (the long way) salt pepper and a bit of lemon, heat olive oil in a pan on med heat. Pan fry the chkn both sides, turn the heat on high when chckn is just about done.  Now be sure pay attention to the meat as you want it to sear on both sides so turn every few secs until you get that nice char coating.

Now turn the heat back down to med, then slowly pour the TSL juices into the pan to deglaze it. Be sure to LEAVE THE MEAT IN THE PAN. ​

Now that the temp is lower add the remainder of the salsa (we added a few vidalia onions for extra in season flavor). Add about 2 tbls of your favorite or handy tomato paste (canned stuff costs <$1). Stir with a fork. If you use a spoon it will be difficult for the juices to flow and you do not want it to stick.
As the sauce begins to thicken add a tsp of honey making sure to drizzle it across all sections. Stir again then cover.

Cook on low heat for another 5-7 mins. ​Turn off heat let stand for 15 mins. then serve. If you like while it is standing add some precooked tortellini as we did in the next shot.

​We also added a bit of pepperoni to make it kid friendly even though it was fine as is.
